Use of the website
Product information on this website is provided for business buyers. Specifications, images and documents are indicative; the specification agreed in writing for your order prevails.
Quotations and orders
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to raw-material availability.
- An order is confirmed only after written acceptance by United Nutrition and receipt of any agreed advance payment.
- Private label orders require approval of the final formulation, samples and label artwork before production.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST and freight unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as stated in the quotation or proforma invoice.
Regulatory responsibility for private label
For products sold under the buyer's brand, the buyer is responsible for the claims made in its marketing and for any registrations required for its brand, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
