This policy applies to bulk and private label orders supplied by United Nutrition within India.
Dispatch time
Ready-stock products are usually dispatched within a few working days of order confirmation and payment. Made-to-order and private label batches are dispatched on the date confirmed in your order acknowledgement.
Freight and transport
- Goods are shipped by courier or road transport depending on order size and destination.
- Freight charges are shown in the quotation or invoiced at actuals as agreed.
- Courier name, tracking / AWB or LR number and e-way bill (where applicable) are shared once the goods are dispatched.
Inspection on delivery
Please check cartons for damage on delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Report shortages or transit damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
